I need some help. I have looked around for help everywhere. I have been trying to control my ability which happens to be Pyrokinesis. I have had this ability for as long as I remember. I get angry way too easy and I dont remember after a certain point. I get really hot. for example I was out mudding with family and I got angry at my sisters boyfriend and the wet mud started steaming and drying. I have had dreams where I have got angry and I see my self fully ingulfed in flames then I just dissapear. When i have these dreams I woke up once and my hands and bed was on fire. I was untouched but I wish I could say the same for my bed. I need help. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can keep this under control. I have more abilities but this is the one I am having most trouble with. I dont know what they are called but I know what I can do. But thats beside the point.

You could start practicing an internal martial art and meditation . You may also want to google "anger releasing technique" and other such things .

I do practice a martial art. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 2 years now and I try meditating 2-3 times daily. i guess what I really want to know is an easier way to channel my ability to where I cant use it when I am angry. but thanks for that advise I will look it up.

something like that happened to me but i am an electrokinetic so when i woke up everything was on my room like the tv my ipod the fan in my room my alarm clock was going off and i had little bolts of lightning coming from my wrists
