yes it is possible. i read the same in another thread. I guess it works when third eye is activated. But still you can try & meditate when you know that your target is asleep & then visualize. May also require telepathy. Even i am trying it. Smile

wen your "target" is asleep, telepathy works best..

all you need to do is get into that real alpha state and send a message across... Smile
that msg will transform into a symbolic language and convert to a dream...the more stronger ure msg the better..

stronger the msg comes from your own energy levels...

your energy levels either come thru by birth, as in innate powers...
or enhance them thru meditation..

there is thread somewhere explaining alpha state and meditation and relaxation techniques to reach it..try search for it here.

How would I go about doing it to a person quite far away? Is there an easy way to do it from within a dream?

it is possible, ive only ever done it twice in my sleep.
When ive dreamnt it was more like i was standing back and watching their dream, like an animation. I dont know how.
The next day i saw them and they said "i thought i saw you in my dream last night." i was gobsmacked.

Tis poosible, but i dont know how to access it.
