The awakening has begun. The ascension is coming. We are heading there already. Many of us are awakening to who we are, what we are meant to do, and sometimes it is a hard journey, but can be a nice one too!!!
3 months ago I didn't believe this, but now I do. One day maybe so shall you. I now remember, I am putting two with two. It is making sense, it is how I feel. At times it is sureal. But now I feel, and now I know. Don't ask me why, I cannot show. |

| Oh I'm impresed and glad to see that people here don't go with the common belief of "Mayans said the world will end" Thing. Since they said change <.< Unfortunatly, I believe the great catastrophe will occur, since there is that big volcan on USA, the meteor of Everest size and the Global Warming, even tough, I so believe this will be for the best. |

| What I've found out about 12.20.2012 is that it will be like what RemoteControl and Lapis said in many ways. There may be a few differences or a few things missed, but it will be like what they said. |

OK, so we've pretty much determined what's gonna happen. Now, is there anything we can do about it? Build a bomb shelter, etc?

stdp, but I just watched a special on History Channel concerning the Bible code, and some rabbis found something in the old testament that predicted a massive meteor hitting earth in 2012. Thought that was worth mentioning.

The bible code isnt real. Most of the torah was passed down orally, so any codes would have been lost. The written bible was based on those oral traditions, and editted several times. Similar codes have been found in other large books |

| Also, there was another code in the bible that said no meteor would hit in 2012. My computer is broken, and my psp cant send links, but searching "macnn bible code" in google should turn up a page with more info. |

Not trying to contradict you, but the Jews and Christians believe that the scribes who recorded the first and later versions of the Torah (and the whole Bible as Christians believe) were divinely inspired by God to write the exact wordings and phrasings that He wanted. This is why they think the change from oral history to written history was not a major loss of information.
Also, concerning the other books that codes have been found in, the density of code solutions in the Bible is statistically off the charts compared to, say, Moby Dick (the most commonly cited book used to disprove the Bible code). I'm not quite sure on the details, but I'm sure the information could be found somewhere on the internet.

The Leningrad Codex, one of the oldest complete bibles, differs from the one used by Rips and Witzum (the ones who discovered the bible code) in over 40 places in Deuteronomy. In a mathematical code, a slight change throws off the entire sequence. Many major bible scholars have openly stated that the various bibles differ too much for a code to be found. Because the results are inconsistent between various copies of the bible, the code cannot exist.
Sorry, I guess I went off topic. I always thought that 2012 was just supposed to be the beginning of of the next age in the zodiac, Aquarius. I saw some sort of astronomy video in school two years ago that said some complex (but not dangerous) alignment is supposed to occur around 2012 that made it difficult, if not impossible, for the Mayans to predict past it. |
