Hi.

I've been practicing going to Theta State using the corrector method in the PS5. I managed to get into a state where I cannot feel my body, or feeling like I'm falling or floating in the air....Is this theta state?

The PS5 said that when I'm in theta state, all outside sound will disappear, but I can still hear outside noise like clock ticking etc?

I can tell I'm in some deep state, probably deep alpha, the images I visualize also become quite clear..but unsure if it theta. Please give
me some help!

whats ps5?
as far as I know you should just feel nicely relaxed in theta
I don't think it's true that you wouldn't hear a ticking clock or anything like that
