Hello Everyone,

I love this gathering place, and am thrilled to be a new member today.

Even though I very much want to visit London, I have not..yet.

I have dreams of shopping at Harrods Department store that are so vivid and colorful I can see in great detail the beautiful inventory, primarily ceramics.

I began meditation 6 months ago.
If I nearly fall asleep, or so it seems, I sometimes see images in color, as I do in my dreams.

When I try to visualize anything, I only see scattered bright lights.

Is this something that can be developed?
Can anyone offer advice on how to get this visualization going for me?

I read about PSI Balls today, and the article said to first imagine my hands in detail.

I am not able to see anything.

I am eternally grateful for any help!

try to visualize something u always see like ur room try to see it and try to change it's color in which every side of the room is different from the other try this everyday and clear ur mind dont think about anything but changing colors,it will improve ur visualization
and tell me how it works

It seems like I have the ability since my dreams are so vivid..I ..so far cannot even visualize a quarter, or a dollar... Rolling Eyes
