i am quite a quick learner that's what i've been told and what i've heard at least a trillion times

Well, I discovered i was already gifted with EK. But the thing is it has been "shutdown" sorta say my whole life. But after discovering this, it explained alot of the phenamenal things that have happened. Such as my incident with batteries which was very interesting. My incedents with my alarm clock, TV Receptions, And just last night with the lights. But this means that like all pyschic and paranormal ablities, i have to re develop them over because its in a lockdown right now. My question is what are different techniques i can use to start small and build upwards with?
I already watched a video series that can help you, but he gave like 2 things to do solo. If you have any suggestions, i'd like to hear them.

So far i can draw some bit out of a battery. If i focus on something really hard while holding the battery, i can feel a tingly feeling and then it gets stronger- then pretty soon *ouch* a stinging shock goes straight to my finger.

so what ever i can do next or with it to progress a build. thanks

Dei you say you can communicate to anything non human....can you communicate with animals??? Would be interesting if you could or how to go about doing that

I don't think Dei is around anymore. Telepathically communicating with an animal is essentially the same as communicating with a human, though the conversations are more limited. In my experience, Telepathic communication uses symbols and emotions to send a message. An animal's emotions are more limited, as is their imagery. Things like small talk are not possible (with dolphins and other smart animals, maybe), but asking for directions or help locating an item can be done.
