Hi. It´s ben some time from my last post (1 post up) and I have maked some progress....
I still have trouble seeing her face but It´s little better than before, but I don´t have problem with visualising things in normal speeds and with enough smoothness (not so many skipped frames). But I can´t visualise one thing for more than half minute.........just don´t have that razor sharp mind....but I think it will get better in time (I hope).

What if I sometimes feel tired after meditation (not right after but maybe half an hour after it...can´t say exactly. And i sometimes could feel tired for rest of the day after that meditation. Is it ok to feel tired sometimes or it´s a sing that i´m doing somethink wrong?

Hi destinii, Umar, Brickmaster or whomever really,

One thing I've been able to accomplish again - I had a period of time where I couldn't focus, was the experience of experiencing the person I've been focusing on's orgasm. (hope that makes sense? Rolling Eyes )

It goes like this, I get them to the stage where they are seriously aroused and about to orgasm, then it feels as though I have become their body and experience their orgasm through me. My body feels fantastic and doesn't convulse but shakes as the orgasm passes through me, right from the tips to my toes through to my genitals and then upper body. It's different to a male climax.
Now, when I experience these sessions I don't seem to come out of my meditative state, although I feel very relaxed afterwards and it feels as though the genital touches I was performing are being done to me as though I were a woman, ie I am looking at it from the other side.
I know that Hillier et.al say you should not become aroused and that's my point I don't. There are no erections or other physical manifestations. Laughing

My question is this, is this "orgasmic" state being passed on to the person I'm focusing on i.e is it enhancing my mps or is it diluting my power?

Its called an internal orgasm and it should definitely be enhancing your MPS if you say you actually get in the body of the person you are trying the mps on. LOL the best way to know for sure though is to meet up with the woman you were trying this on and if she seriously shows plenty of affection towards you then you definitely know its working

Yeah that is what's happening too me.

The other interesting thing is when I started to work with this stuff I think my Third Eye started to open as well. I got the strangest feeling between my eyes and even thinking about something or it happening engenders the feeling as though there is a clothespeg on the bridge of my nose, or someone is pinching the bridge of my nose between their thumb and index finger. This occurs at any time, I can even feel it now. Rolling Eyes

I don't seem to have any other symptoms say things like insightfulness or anything, perhaps I've still got sleep in my eye Laughing

Bilbo, that's great - yes I agree that feeling as if you are the other person would enhance your MPS - Wendi Friesen's techniques talk about this clearly in remote influence.

I know I said this last time, but again - I have to check this forum more often! I have started long MPS sessions again after 3-4 months break. I started all of this back in May and was trying regularly but did not see any obvious results, although I do think it did work to a certain point (there's resistance in my target, I believe). I also know that if you put too much importance on it, it's harder for it to work since you are meant to detach and just trust that it works.

Well, this time around I'm really focusing in the NOW, really trying to visualize the TOUCH/FEEL and the KNOWING that it works. I won't give up.

I also want to thank the many people on the board such as AlphaLeo and Brickmaster that have been great to talk to about it (and the many others!).

Hey Nightfall02,
I use feeling a lot, like when I'm sitting beside or standing talking to her I can feel her wetness and the lips of her vulva etc on the pads of my fingers. It's really helpful if they are talking 'cause it allows you to visualise easier. Plus they think you're a great guy for listening to them, which will help the relationship.

I know that they say you shouldn't put too much importance on things but I keep the pressure on.
Also if you do a visualisation say when you're awake and near them then leave it a few minutes and come back to it, you sort of drop into that place quite easily. This seems to bolster the earlier session/s

Hey Bilbo - yes well,... my situation (if you read back through this thread), is a bit different. I don't have the option to be near her, so remote influence/positive thoughts/MPS is what I'm using to re-attract her back, so to speak.

It's about letting love flow (what some would argue as the most powerful force in the universe) and sendling love. It should really boost your MPS along with everything else. We can adapt what Joehle is saying about the EMOTIONAL feeling you should try having while MPS-ing.

Hello everyone! I'm wondering if anyone has had a hard time focusing when first starting MPS? I've been trying this for almost four months and not much has happened. What am I doing wrong? Any advice would be much appreciated! I have other questions but I'll ask them one at a time!

I think it gets easier everytime I do it.

Main focus is to try and get feel and taste down. youll see wonders when u can do this trust me. this outways visualization i think. You just need to have a semi vivid image of someone and then show yourself pleasuring them, have feeling, i pretend there sweating a little to taste saltyness. A great way to practice visualization is do the color entrainment exercise before mps. All the colors of the rainbow see a picture with all of them and see them so vividly and how vibrant that color is. The more you visualize the lower brain level youll get. youll get so far into visualization i guarantee youll get low alpha or theta. Good Luck

Thank you so much! I can feel, but when I try to focus on something, anything really, it only stays there for a few seconds and I'm thinking about something else. What can I do to get this under control and keep focusing on something for, let's say at least a minute?

have a picture of someone and then close your eyes and try to recreate as vividly and as long as possible, then imagine vivid body parts of the person. Everything is done with practice, just keep doing it and you will get it. Your not in ur subconscious mind here so u should be able to control it better, and when u do mps for real it will be built into ur subconscious and you will be succesful

I sometimes have trouble focusing and staying 'on topic' so to speak. I tell myself that it's really happening and love every moment of doing it. Then I wouldn't rather be thinking about anything else Very Happy

Yes, I agree too - a lot of people have "hyperactive minds", it seems to want to wonder constantly. It really falls down to focusing on the NOW, as it is happening RIGHT NOW, and really feeling it. Every time you slip, bring yourself back and know that what you are doing in your mind is happening right now. That has helped me a great deal in the last month.
