| I've been seeing a lot of spirits for the past two weeks now. my gifts are usually clairesence, i normally don't see much, and i haven't seen much of anything for about a year but for the past two weeks i've been seeing all kinds of spirits. i'm haveing a hard time distinguishing between spirits of the decesed, guides, and so on. how can i tell the difference how do i know what to do with these spirits? i've been able to do a lot of unusuall things ever since i was a kid and as most people in this area, have been labled a freak and do not openly talk much about this, any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

that is strange that you mention the year thing. I too have all of a sudden started to seeing more activity after a year of hardly anything. The other morning I awoke up to see feel this 3-D presence sitting on the bed next to me. I am more clarivoyant that clariescent. Just curious did you meditate this last year?

Hi.
I do. I've been a medium all my life...not professionally of course. I think I was in grade school when the first spirit showed up in my dreams and told me she was dead.
Anyway, I don't believe in calling up dead people. However, I find that they often just show up when they have something to say.
I'm sure everyone can communicate with them as well. They're just people who don't have physical bodies anymore.
The reason I don't initiate contact with a dead person -- unless that person has asked to be a guide, but that's something else again -- is that too much energy directed at the deceased pulls them back. It's a form of attachment...like not letting your ex girl or boyfriend go. Or like continuing to show up at your old job.
Spirits often communicate in dreams. You can tell the difference between a dream where the characters are symbols of your unconscious mind or day detritus and a dream where the characters are spirits by the way they feel. Spirits in dreams feel like whole personalities. You wake up and you feel you've visited with someone.
And yes, spirits who have never had bodies are all over the place now. I think it's we who have changed. We are more open to the subtler dimensions and start seeing what's been there all along.
Also, we start to attract more spirits depending on what kind of vibes we are broadcasting. So increased spirit activity can be a combination of these two things -- seeing what's always been there and attracting more of them by what we do.
Thoughts, anyone?

thank you creative writer for your response, it is much appreciated.
It is just that some time ago i was told that there are now 2 spirits at my side and that they seldom leave me. I was told prior to this that there was one and I am certain that it is the spirit of my beloved nannie as I know she is with me always but having been told that there are now 2 spirits I cant help but wonder who the othere one may be? that is why I thought I would ask .
Any help or input is always appreciated!
