| Has anyone had those shivers run up their spine when someone walks past them? Its a weird feeling, your whole body goes into a tremor.. Just interested to know if someone knows what happens.. Is it empathy? |

Empathy means feeling what another person feels simply because they are feeling it. Shivers or tremors are probably not empathy, but could very well be a similar phenomenon. If you can connect to another individual, you can become an empath.
I would like to say that I myself am not an empath, so what I have to offer is purely speculation, but I think that if you try to hold onto that feeling for as long as you can next time it happens, then you may be able to open up some sort of channel between the two of you. Alternatively, recalling the sensation during meditation may hold some benefit. |

Is it a specific person who causes this sensation? Consider your relationship with the person. You might simply be reacting to their presence unconciously via empathic messages. (Everyone can receive empathic signals to some extent, some more than others, but you don't have to be an empath.)

| A specific person but random people.. After getting the feeling I always turn to look in the direction of that person. What I mean is that I do not necessarily know the person (if that's what you're asking). For example, happened one day while driving in a car on the highway, I got that feeling and immedaitely turned my attention to a police car driving in the opposite direction to me (on the other side of an island). |

Yes this is weird, i always know when somebody is watching me. Strange feeling.
I get also feeling about person when i meet somebody on the street, but i dont know what it means. Sometimes i get headache, sometimes it makes such an impression at me, i feel peace, or many others things.
What would be that, i talked to older man and at once i get strange felling in my lower back-pain and i just couldnt move? |
