hiii everybody

how are you ?

i read a lot about energy and self-love ..etc i really try to accept myself as i am . but i can't accept my hair Sad i hate it. my hair is too dry . it doesn't grow . it looks ugly Sad i try all the products i know in my life but it still looks ugly.
now i want to heal it with energy and affirmations but i don't know how

please help me & give me some advices and exercises to make myt hair become beautiful

How about
"I am happy that now my hair has become beautiful."
Remember to add the feeling that your hair is already.Acting and pretending that your hair is already beautiful.
