I've been practicing and practicing to develop psychic abilities (particularly psi ball and telekinetic manipulation) for about 4 years with no success... Until Now:D.

For starters, the reason I wanted to have abilities was because I felt insignificant to the world like I wasn't as important as I led my self to believe.
I wanted to feel special and thought paranormal powers would complete me.
They don't do that but they are a lot of fun.
Every body should feel important and I now know I am important with or without powers''

I like the quote, it seems very wise. It also might be something a Yogi would say.
Just so you know, I would have typed more on my last post but I had to get off the computer b/c mom was angry at me and she was going to take away my computer privileges for a month' '-Yikes!!!
Lately, I have been trying to develop more of my psychic ability but occasionally I will try making a psi ball. Like I said before, I have had success in both telekinesis and psi construct manipulation''.
What do You practice these days?

Lol i'm glad to hear you like it.
I'm applying effort to work with telekinesis a bit... mostly just feeling breathing mindfully and feeling energy at this point..
I practice chakra meditation / seeing energy and empathing that easily borders on telepathy as I will it..
it's all about silencing mental noise, and feeling, observing, BEING.
Intending to have sensory, and at the same time, being clear enough inside, that the brain won't jump to subconscious judgements about someone or something.
I would love to hear about your TK work.
Know that it's totally good, normal, and natural to grow in such ways...
evolution is another word for creation, and to hop in that design yourself, is intelligent. That's one way I like to see it anyway.

I think I accomplished a lot but other more advanced psychics might say I have figured out very little as far a telekinesis goes.
I have in the past looked at multiple flames causing them to ficker upward and downward. I can move what are called psi wheels making them spin but the only REAL moves are determined valid or true when I am wearing something over my face (to prevent my breathing from affecting the wheel) like a surgical mask. Last but not least, I witnessed and experienced what is called psi energy about a year ago. I was trying to make a psi ball with my hands. I was standing infront, facing a yellow wall when suddenly and without warning I felt this electric shock surge between both my ring fingers which was then followed by this semi-bright spark of yellowish white light that appeared near the front of the base of my right hand then it disappeared without a trace. Well that may have not been telekinesis for that last experience but it was still amazing none the less and I do beleive that the light I saw was real.

| Have you tried hanging an object and making it move ? You could probably start off with an object of the same material as the psi wheel , unless you sense a better connection with a different type of material . I suggest a hanging a penny since you mentioned the light aura experience .

Are you trying to practice your psychis abilities also if you are I can help you its not that hard. My abilities came in December of 2008 the night of the new moon I am still learning it. I can easily help you accesss this ability. I would like some PSI help though it would be nice
