Hello nooney021.
First of all, you should not get a headache when you meditate, this is would be very rare. I would suggest on spending more time with your friends, and not to value too much money or psychic power, as many people do. This is not even important. What you need to focus on is your currrent situation, and what happens next.
First of all, take it easy if you want to practise magick. You can do it, but I say you should draw pictures instead of real magic training. When you grow up, you will learn the secrets of magick. |

| Relaxation techniques might help with this. Try a hypnosis mp3; I have found them to be the most effective way to relax. |

How does the headache feel?
- A headache like the one you get from reading in the dark, or reading too long, is caused by strain on the muscles in your eyes. This may extend beyond your eyes and become a headache. Temporary relief from this may be achieved by rubbing your hands together to warm them up with friction (or warm them up with a psi ball, when you get better at it), and place your palms over your eyes, drawing the warmth to the back of your head.
- A headache like a migraine, or like a tension headache, is caused by a lack of blood flow in the vessels in your head. A cup of coffee or black (not green) tea prior to practice may be helpful (caffeine is a "vasodilator", which opens blood vessels).
- A headache like a hangover is most commonly the result of dehydration. Drink water regularly throughout the day, whether you're thirsty or not, and drink a glass before and after practice. Water. Not juice, milk, soda, coffee, tea, alcohol, etc.
- A headache like the one you get from studying too hard is called "cognitive dissonance". It means you learned too much and your brain needs time to process. Take a break, or, better yet, take a nap. Resume practice/study no sooner than 4-6 hours later to maximize your endurance.
- A headache like a blow to the head is usually caused by a blow to the head. Good luck figuring out how to avoid this one. |

You could just be very sensitive to energy. I am also. Sometimes i feel my stomach go inside out when i drive under power lines.
Over time it goes away, and receiving energy healing from an experienced practitioner can help to balance you... and will help a lot! |
