I'd be most gracious for any instructions from an experienced person on how I can learn to hear/pick up on the thoughts of others...and I don't mean reading body language or anything like that. I would like to actually hear the words.

Just be aware, our bodies and minds are constantly recieving and interpereting information, pay attention to this information this is how you know. Keep a clear mind and just observe, aknoledge everything you feel. It's all a matter of interpereting the info we constanty gather. People tend to misunderstand the things they see and feel, be true to your feelings they are real. Keep a clear mind stay aware and you will begin to understand.

acidic, great point. I can't be aware of something if I'm looking for it in the wrong place by focusing on one thing! Should be aware of all feelings...I'll definitely take that into consideration, great point!

Catmania would you be interested in a series of hypnotic programs to develop telepathy ? They would be recorded by me , so it will take some time to put them together .

I havent recorded the mp3s yet , but it will be divided into several phases .
it will probably be on rapidshare , unless it can be hosted on this site . Btw the files will be blocks of mp3s like an induction block , a middle part , and a waking part .

Phase 1 will be general conditioning .
Phase 2 will be future timeline work .
Phase 3 will deal with working with your superconscious to tap into your inner resources .

Catmania , do you have someone to practice being the sender , and you being the receiver ? Have you had any telepathic episodes before ?

Maybe it is not meant for you. You may recieve messages that are partial, but do you ever get a FULL MESSAGE ? I guess no-one does. Because it is obviously so very hard to interpret everything you experience... I suggest you take some time to relax. This will rejuvenate your health and life, and I personally have no idea I'm taking part of this wicked dream.

I didnt get the chance to start recording as someone else was busy with the computer . Sunday morning is my best time to do the recordings as someone who would give me grief about this paranormal stuff isnt around .
Besides the esp , I have in mind mp3 packages about telekinesis , astral travel , remote sensing , and perhaps remote seduction .

I just got a new mic and am playing with the option settings . Right now I am working on the White Dragon recording , which is for people doing energy work for telekinesis and pyrokinesis .
