Does anyone have experience with that?
It happened to me, 3 years ago when i was 22. I thought i lost my mind, i had a lot of physical problems. Then i realised that there must be something more and i started to read a lot. Now i can sense my energy, i can control it, but i still have problems with my chest and head. Does anyone know what would be the next step for me, to get rid of this and how long does it take, becouse it is hard to live this way. |

Hi similar thing happened 2me at 24, i also felt like i was loosing my mind for about 3years, my life completely changed so did my out look. time is a great healer.
2 help i can give u the title of some books that helped me.
-tantra without tears
-secrets of western tantra both by c.s hyatt, he says it better than i ever could
also Gopi kristna, he had trouble with wrong kundalini awakening.
kundalini reiki attunement is ment 2 help and balance the energy aswel. |

Well since you asked for shared experience, after having sex with a woman/girl, the next day for about 6 hours a part of my neck was invisible, it was surrounded by some odd fog, but this is true. It was funny seeing it in the mirror too, my neck was invisible, through it could be seen... real fun.
But don't get me wrong, I'm not actually here to help you. I'm partially possessed, yet very sane individual, that knows its limits...
I hope this adds light to your experience, that you've had. (and sorry, I am pretty weak in actual empathy, instead of that I can translate... )... |

I think you may have some emotional blocks that require clearing before the Kundalini can rise through those chakras. Try writing letter to anyone who you believe has hurt you or anyone you have hurt. No need to actually send the letters. Try Sanskrit mantras that clear blocks.

Well im through with that.. There are days when i still have some problems, but it is better.
It is hard if you are not prepaired. You have to clear your mind, appologise to all(in your mind) that you done something bad to them and thay will talk to you after that like there has nothing happened.
I had problems with grounding, so i couldnt rid of outdated energies. I try not to get caught in other people energies. |
