I have just read the book.... "The Secret of Instant Healing" about how to do QE.

Very cool. Looks like he is accessing the exact same system as MAtrix Energetics, although through different means and theory.

Will be working with QE and practicing it using the book, and would love to chat to someone else who knows it.

I read this a while back. It holds good merit. The idea is not revolutionary but he distills it in an easy to understand fashion. It comes down to intent and removing resistance (interference0. he understands that body follows mind so by resetting our thoughts (removing distortion) our body is unimpeded to heal. Pretty simple really. Shamans have understood this concept and used metaphor to leverage people's minds back into a state of harmony. its all about the code. Coherent code = state of well being. How you get there is up to you. You can take the long way or the short way.
