other than my auras, i can't focus any type of energy (especialy neutral energy) into a perfect orb
wich is hindering my self- training process
is it just lack of focus or discipline? or something else?
any tips to help me out with this? |

I don't know what your methods are, but could it be possible that you're too stressed about perfecting that orb? Lack of focus could be explained by this, you should be in a relaxed state and not overly expecting anything to happen or thinking about the outcome while you do it. I think that could be one answer. Discipline is also very important, but it is almost parallel with relaxation and freed from expectation... what this means is that you should not think about the technique too much while doing it, do it, and think about it later. The concentration put into that single thing would make things perfect in my opinion.

thanks, that help with energy around me
but it still won't work for energy flowing within
but i found an alternative way to control the inner energy:
i create a mold with my aurawith wich i fill the inner energy with
it'll work for now |
