Siddhis - there existence is not questionable. Some siddhis you can get easilly in several months or years. And some siddhis comes after a many years daily meditations, or they cannot come at all.
If you want to know more about, sou you need translantion old texts from India and maybe from old China.
Try find books by Arthur Avalon - sir John Woodroffe, like The serpent power, Sat chkra narupana, Paduka panchaka. Next Shiva samhita and Gheranda samhita. And from China The secret of the golden flower, by Richard Willhelm and Carl Gustav Jung.
There is more abou siddhis. And Patanjali, Jogasutry, Mircea Eliade, Yoga immortality at freedom, but this book is mostly teoretic.
