I wear hearing aids and my hearing is practically deaf when I don't have them in. But I hear beautiful choral music mostly right ear whether aids are in or out. Lying in bed, I get sounds in both ears, actually I love it, but what does it mean? Like voices singing, but can't hear any words.
All the time if I'm doing something quiet like right now on the computer. When driving or in social group I don't hear it.
Any suggestions, for new study or anyone else I am open to your thoughts. I am 77 so have been a seeker since my 20's. I didn't really notice the music too much until the past few months. Now I'm wondering if the message is I'm going to be passing over? LOL

I have a question for you. Does it almost sound like soothing wine glasses when you hear it? (I know, that is a strange one, isn't it?) I ask this, because several times in the past few years, I have heard what sounds like choirs, but it is really difficult to explain. Not like choirs that we know.

I have heard these while in prayer and in a few churches. I am not religious, so I found it fascinating that I would hear such things. In fact, the first time I heard it, I thought it was something wrong with the speakers, yet no one else heard it. So, then I thought, maybe someone was driving by with loud music, but it continued through the entire service. Even the minister noticed me looking around. lol.

His response to what I had to say, was to say THANK YOU and never question the gifts we are given. (Although he seemed rather excited on what I described) So, I do just that, IF I ever hear it, I just say THANK YOU!

Thank you for your response! I have listened to tibetan bells in some meditation tapes, but this sounds more like several voices singing in different tones, sometimes lower, sometimes higher. I notice I have to listen for them, if I am busy doing other things, I don't hear it.

I'm sure your soothing sounds of wine glasses was very nice. A friend of mine a few years ago was in the hospital and she asked the nurse where the beautiful music was coming from she heard. The nurse said there was no music playing. So she heard it inside her head like we are doing.

The "Soothing wine Glasses" I believe were voices. But not like we would hear in a choir, yet it was a choir. It was so beautiful. I have no other way to describe it...because the tones were so unique. So I was curious if what you heard was something sounding, "Not of this world" so to speak. Smile

You are right, they are not of this world. When I hear it, it is like I am using acute hearing, except my physical hearing is shot. I suppose when psychics use their abilities in clairvoyance or tactile facilities they are "tuned in". Sometimes the sounds I hear are faint rumbling like a motor running.. I distinguish the chorale group as women and men singing. High sweet tones for women and bass for men.

I'm glad you were able to relate to my question. Ihope you will hear it again. Sounds delightful!

I have heard static before and sometimes weird voices coming out of my music, but never really anything pleasant. Maybe these sounds come from within the mind as a opposite reaction to stress. Like soothing sounds appear to calm you when you need it.

dis looks like u guys are xperiencing clairoaudience.the ability to hear sounds in other dimensions.i hear flute sounds at times.

My daughter and I both regulary hear bells tinkling like tiny windchimes and I ve heard wind instruments too.

Dont like the voices though they re usually a warning of some kind.

The door knocking and rattling is another warning. Mind you at least you know somethings coming so I should be grateful I suppose. Embarassed
