It is grounding yourself, visualizing energy from the earth coming up through your feet. You stand for as long as you can in position with knees slightly bent visualizing energy in your legs then releasing back down to the earth. Cool

I am really a novice; now I understand why some say that there is more to "the secret" I didn't know there were a lot of processes.

Do you also visualize what you wanted to manifest while doing the exercise?

Yes you can envision money coming up thru your feet/legs and holding the image then letting it go back to the earth, (my own interpretation). Any how it is fun to try different things!

Releasing energy/tension down is also one of the most important parts IMO. It clears out blocks that stop the manifestation from happening.

There really is no "best" way to manifest. However the Angles suggest that you visualize what you want and that when the time is right, it will come to you. However in order to speed up the process you MUST not have fear. Fear is of the Ego mind.

I am new to this forum but am really impressed by the open-mindedness of everyone and also the ease with which everyone shares their experiences.

think i do know the best manifestation tech. manifestation is all about the subconcious mind and you are most connected to the subconcious in Theta. so record a CD with your voice saying "I am (whatever you want to be) over and over and put it on repeat. now put on the headphones and fall asleep. do it everynight. I am trying this tech tomarrow. and i have had manifestations work in the past but not using this tech. doesnt anybody think its a bad idea?? wish me luck

To the person who wrote the above posting, I would say this one of the easiest methods to get what you want. I had a hypnotist prepare a wealth creating/money manifestation cassette for me 15 years ago, and then copied this method as the basic for a variety of purposes and needs. It works a treat. I listen to it whenever I want money, good health, sleep at night when i am stressed and so on. When asking for money or something similar, it takes me two nights of this to get results. I find this, for me personally, to be oneof the safest and quickest methods of getting what i want, even when my desires are a little selfish.I would love to hear of your success with your method.

You guys really seem to know your stuff. it is really enlightening and I am glad i joined up.

You got me started. A year ago and I would have said this INTENTION/MANEFESTATION thing is a pipe dream.

Intention would be a PRAYER and Manefestation would be an ANSWER as seen in the Relgious upbring I had to go through. Today I believe that the IMAGE of the CREATOR is the Zero Point Energy Conciousness Field....as does Tom Bearden who used those words before I did.

The ZPECF can be scientifically shown to exist. It is a PLANIUM that passes through everything and everyone and the Space-Time continuim is a SUBSET of it. Within the ZPECF are ALL OF OUR MINDS and the Akashic records to mention just two. Our brains (meat computers) are no where powerful enough for us to think and feel the way we do here in Space-Time. We are all brothers and sisters because we are all connected in the ZPECF.

Here in Space-Time the energy is electromagnetic. There in the ZPECF the energy is Scalar waves (standing waves that move in TIME but not in our physical reality).

If you want your INTENTION to get the WIDEST coverage you must TRANSLATE your Thoughs and Feelings from Electromagnetic BRAINWAVES to Scalar Waves. Scalar waves have no speed limit like Electromagnetic waves do. Scalar waves have no LIMIT OF PROPOGATION as electromagnetic waves do SCALAR WAVES are EVERYWHERE at the time of propogation....everywhere in the PLANIUM. Everywhere in the ZPECF.

SO HOW DO I "Translate" my INTENTION from my EM brainwaves to Scalar waves? LOOK AT YOUR HEAD. YOU and all of us HAVE "TWO" BRAINS. They are called the right and left hemispheres. However they are TWO BRAINS.

Scaiar waves are produced as weapons by HAARP and the Soviets by using two IDENTICAL radio transmitters with two IDENTICAL radio signals. Where these two identical waves CROSS out in space somewhere (the Soviets let it cross over the USA Russian Woodpecker) DESTRUCTIVE INTERFERANCE causes a "translation" from EM to SCALAR. And a COLD EXPLOSION can be induced that CHANGES THE WEATHER .

With the proper training one could most likely SINCRINIZE their TWO BRAINS. When an INTENTION is cognated it would proceed out and somewhere the two identical INTENTION brainwaves would "CROSS" from there on they would be EVERYWHERE at once in the ZPECF.

Any ENTITY and all ENTITIES would KNOW your INTENTION. Out of ALL these REAL and VIRTUAL entites ONE OF THEM IS LIKELY to "MANEFEST for you what your INTENTION suggests.

Another consideration: VOCALIZE YOUR INTENTION. The human vocal CORDS slap together in a manner that is analogous to a diode. THEY PRODUCE ACOUSTIC PULSES. Sound and Scalar waves are pretty much the same thing. RAISE YOUR VOICE TO THE LORD.

Thank you....as Gerry Cooper said "It is just nice to be appreciated." lol, I would guess that what I put down above is basically what most individuals who are deeply into the Intention/manifestation KNOW. They use different CONCEPULIZATIONS and words to express it. Most would not be using Tom Bearden's ideas because he is not WELL KNOWN for his works in this area.

I am still WORKING on Bearden's ideas. I very much like his concept of ENFOLDING that takes place when two light waves are 180 degrees out of phase. I understand the CONCEPT but the 1903,1904 Whittaker equations describing it mathematical will probaby never be UNDERSTOOD by me. lol.

That is what all Mystics, Kundalini, Yogi, Marshal Artists etc strive for all their lives. They may not explain it like Bearden does but they are trying to do IT.

In a sense Kundalini Awakening is a 'POINT" in life where one has syncronized the right and left.

You could spend your whole life trying to Awaken the Kundalini....some people do.

There are SHORT-CUTS!

Do you really want to know? The STAKES are as HIGH AS THEY GET in life. A short cut to your Kundalini awakening could also be a short cut to your leaving this continium.

I would have to know you a little better, and then I would only give such information to you privately.

I will mention one example of Kundalini Awakening by SHORT CUT. You may not agree with me that it is what I say.

In the most HORRIBLE hand to hand combat in war there sometimes occurs SOMETHING that almost all men cannot understand. A solder is taught to KILL but sometimes a CHANGE occurs and that soldier has only ONE PASSION to SAVE HUMAN LIVES. It does not matter "who" the human is , freind or enemy. THIS MAN IS DRIVEN TO SAVE THEM evenat the cost of his own life. And, many times his life is lost.

Those men who receive The Medal of Honor and ARE ALIVE afterwards can be seen even by the most dull normal individual to possess ALL THE Christian and any other virtues......not just COURAGE, HONOR and INTEGRATY.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THESE MEN??? I can GO ON for a longtime about this.

If you face a CONFRONTATION in your life similiar to the BATTLE FIELD mortal combat and you do not run away, and you perform what YOU CONSIDER is your duty and requirement to yourself, God and your fellow man and woman, you may just come back with an MoH equivalency. Which is the same as awakening your Kundalini.

There are many men and women who come back from wars without an MoH but MANY of them have the MoH EQUIVALENCE. And they are CHANGED and will not follow the leader BLINDLY. That is one reason why VETRERANS have been in the past and are now treated almost as TERRORISTS.

I cannot at all write about these brave individuals without weeping....as my father's life was saved by MoH Ensign Herbert Jones on December 7th, 1941
