Okay, I've been following all these instructions on how to make the psi ball and make the wheel spin and the pencil move and all that stuff and still I get NADA! How do you do it? Anybody who actually got it working? Because I really need some help here. I'm loosing my marbles or going insane or whatever... anyway, help, please? (asking in a very nice tone and with big blue eyes begging for help)

hrm... have you tried working on the psi ball at night? You might just need a change in your perception.

yeah, also at night... Crying or Very sad

you think maybe my skin is to thick or made of something different, so it can't get out? The psi I mean?

doubtful. how do you obtain your energies for your abilities? are your powers introvert or extrovert?

Psi ball, wheel spin, pencil move oh my!

I don't know if all three of these necessarily move into the others. But let me give your an easy psi ball starting technique.

Bring your hands apart like you are holding a tennis ball between them.

Now imagine that the ball is growing slowly into the size of a basketball. And as it grows your hands are slowly being pulled apart to make room.

Once they have gone all the way out, press very softly with your hands, and feel if you feel anything pushing back. You may feel something either on the tips of your fingers or the palms of your hand.

Then try pulling away very softly, and see if you feel anything tugging back from your hands.

If you have a friend, or someone who is psychically or magically intunned, have them stick their hand between your hands and see if they can either sense something or feel heat.

Know this probably won't happen on the first time. And its something you may have to practice a lot.

And know even if you master this, it doesn't mean you may ever be able to make a wheel spin, or make a pencil move. I've been working with energetics for well over 17 years and I have yet to make a pencil move. Some have that ability, some do not, and don't judge yourself if you do or don't.

Obtain energy? I thought that was to be found below the navel? Wasn't it? Argh, I suck at this, but thanks for helping me, I really apreciate it. How should I obtain energy? And at the last part with extrovert and introvert, I was kind of lost...

To Zygos:

How do I get the tennisball? I try to do that energypart, where I'm supposed to be channeling it from behind the navel, up through the chest, out in the arms, down to the hands and out. But I can't even get that to work...
