I find out, that i can feel other peoples energies and minds, when im not grounded, what is logical explanation. But i try not to feel, only by "clear" persons(who dont have a lot of problems)- their energy is very uplifting.

I also know what somebody thinks about me, maybe it is bodylanguage i dont know..

I find I am able to influence people with my thoughts. People also read your mind by looking at you (facial expression, posture, body language), which are all by-products of your thoughts. I've never experience telepathic mind-reading but I assume it is possible.

almost 50% mind-reading effectively is based on reading the Body Language..

and it is ofcourse true that empathic ppl are often bombarded by signals coming out of the ones arnd you or even remotely thinking strong about you..

You could do well, by reading Book of Storms by Jad Alexander.
and find out if you were an Empath Smile

A key thing that you need to remember is awareness, it will come effortlessly just be aware. It's not so much peering into their mind, it's more like their thoughts popping into your head on a deeper supconcious level, the more awareness the deeper into your subconcious you'll be able to feel. Keep a clear mind, it can be hard to establish if the thoughts are coming from you or them but you'll know. As for how it feels its kinda like the thoughts come from deep within your own head, when it really comes from them it's just felt on that subconcious level which feels like it's at the back of your mind. Does anyone have any feedback on this?. I've tried it and i have felt the connection,but I still can't read minds.

with the help of mel,i can literally read and control ppls minds.i also hypnotize ppl with my eyes.i had to program my mind in theta state for 6 weeks.now its an art.

usually when i pick up on others thoughts it's when they say something and i (acting upon a sudden, powerful impulse) also say the very same thing at the same time. most of the time its when i'm actually talking to them, but if i relax and focus i can learn info that i wouldn't be able to by physical means.

one example is from my junior year in high school:

in english class we were starting projects and had to pick a topic from a list. the order in which people chose topics was determined by the classic "guess what number i'm thinking of" game. Cool

in order to ensure that the teacher wasn't lying about her choice, she whispered it to a student who was about 30 ft away from me. i did not actually hear her whisper the number, but during the entire time that she was thinking of the number, i was focusing on reading her mind. as soon as she whispered the number i blurted it out. she thought it was weird, i'm sure deep down she knew that i didn't hear her whisper it, but, of course Rolling Eyes

, she couldn't accept what had obviously occurred.

i think that when one establishes rapport with an individual that sometimes thoughts can travel across the link and can be mistaken for one's own thoughts. one person thinks, even just briefly, before speaking and the other receives the thought containing the drive to speak the word or phrase the other was thinking.

I'm also an empath, albeit an untrained one. so, sometimes i'll notice sudden, unprovoked mood changes that correspond to what someone in proximity to me is feeling. it's nice to be able to experience such a deep level of compassion, but it can be confusing. Empathy's a great ability, but it can be a distracting and detrimental to one's progress if it is present but uncontrolled.

I believe that one's telepathic abilities can be enhanced if thought subordination and void meditation (holding a mindset devoid of thought) are practiced with diligence. To make an analogy: if one's mind is constantly moving from thought to thought without control and then mind reading is attempted, it would be akin to trying to read a specific word or sentence on a piece of paper covered with jumbled phrases.

practice, practice, practice. that is the key to learning any new skill.
