i read in the manifestation request forum that jacky_lightfoot had some success with the program Brain sound studio. of course i tracked down this software and downloaded the trial version. it seemed a little complex and messing around with my own subcon isn't something i take lightly unless i know what i am doing. i'd love to be able to make the software do all the amazing things its supposed to be capable of.... even if it only helps me wake up in the morning it would be worth my efforts.

Well it doesnt play on your subconcious unless you put some type of hypnosis in there. It simply takes your mind to a certain state of mind. Some can be used for paranormal, some can be for sleep, meditation theres an endless list.
As far as making presets, your going to need to know what frequencies your planning to use. For a list check out www.lunarsight.com and go to frequencys. You make a new track and you set the frequencies up there. Theres a manual I believe that can tell you some of the more complex things.
