| anyone got some links to auto-hypnosis stuff? i want to wake up at 7:00 every morning and take my school work more seriously this year. |

WEll, not exactly links, but maybe this could help: Do you know how to use your head chakra while meditating? The energy point between your eyes, but a feew inches above them, on the forehead. Well try to visualize this energy, and from there, tell to yourself "I wake up at seven every morning!" or something like that. Ask me if you need more detail.
Also, try using the BrainBullet Software, with subliminal messages. |

| i know OF the third eye but thats all. i've some some meditation where the third eye felt pressure on it or heat but have no idea what that means. if you could go into detail about this i would be very greatful. |

Yeah, third chakra and third eye are sometimes interpreted as the same. You should use this energy point.
Also, yeah brainwave and brainbullet are great, but for stuff like this ask jacky_lightfoot or rainbow. They are the ones who know more about it around here... |
