I have to ask your advice on what you think of this. Anyways, this one lady who lives in Florida, where I live, was a victim of Hurricane Charlie. She says that the goverment has a weather machine called ELF and they are now sending these waves to Florida and we are in for a major double hurricane. She says its a waether war machine. Since I live down here and am watching all the chaos in New Orleans this is scaring the hell out of me. I posted a reply on this to her and she said she was sorry for scaring me, but she has research on this and will tell me about it if I want to know the truth. I have been having strong feelings to move back to Pennsylvania. She told me to listen to my inner voice and go back! I've only lived here for a few years and I know there has got to be a reason for this crazy weather. I know we create it, but I would of therorized it to other countries hate towards us, pollution, and just nature's way of cleaning up all the negativity. But I never would have guessed that our governement is intentionally making them. And why would they direct it to us if they had to turn around and clean it up? I don't know if this woman is just a victim of the storm and got tramatized or is for real. She says she is getting headaches and trying to fight off the strom from coming our way. actually, i think the 'ELF' thing that woman speaks of
is not weather machine, rather its a communications system
'Extreme Low Frequency' radio waves which can penetrate
the ocean depths to those nuclear submarines the USA has
on constant patrol around the globe.

she might be refering to HAARP, where the gov't is sending
microwave energies into the ionosphere, to excite and ionize
parts of it.....i'm not privy to the desired/ expected results.

i had recently came to america, and harrisburg PA in particular,
when Hurricane Hazel hit that state....
so evacuating Florida might just be an extreme & paranoid reaction

you might become concerned about the recent awareness
that the Siberian tundra and frozen peat-bogs are thawing out,
and will release 1,000s of tonnes of methane gas into the
atmosphere...adding to the greenhouse effect which seems to
increase storm activity & intensity as hurricanes or cyclones, monsoons

Yeah she was referring to all that ELF and HAARP scienticfic crap. Sorry I just read a bunch of posts from her on all this stuff and I'm really tired so some of it was going way over my head. But I got the jist of it.
I am from Harrisburg! My Dad was just talking about how bad that storm was and how he didn't live there at the time, but a friend of his went to go help and got some form of hepatitis.

The last one really made sense as to why they would make a storm to raise the oil prices out of greed. But what can we really do about this? Its a world of good and evil. I know I'm good and the others that are not will be dealt with at some point. I believe in karma and God so I'm not going to live my life in fear. If a storm comes and I die I should be so lucky! But not really, because I'd have to come back and finish out more karma. Rolling Eyes

I was going to relocate to florida myself but felt or sensed that i should go to Delaware instead. I think with what we have done to the planet, the storms will be getting worse. Think about what has happened in only a year? If we are to believe the theories out there on the earth rising in frequency--as we are evolving and rising in frequency, then it makes sense that these "clearing" scenarious will continue to happen.
as far as the government is concerned, i wouldn't put it past them. I worked for the government and not to sound paranoid but they truly are sneeky bunch of crooks. Rolling Eyes

If they have done this, then the question is what is the motivation or bigger picture? i see many, 1. more controling of the public through fear 2. research on how well prepared we are for events or the social ramifications of having such a major catastrophe on US soil. for instance, look at how the city fell into anarchy within a matter of days and without pointing any fingers it says a lot about people on so many levels. It says that maybe the only thing that keeps us sane is that we are hooked up or plugged in to this "US culture, or reality" and any unplugging will result in utter chaos. People have lost the ability to think for themselves, when pushed into a situation where they have to, some can go insane.

Wanda, did you check out the websites I posted? The thing about how they want to raise oil prices by causing devastation seems evil, but like you said, I say, too, "I wouldn't put it past them". Not to sound all negative, but something shady seems to be going on. These people on another site were saying that two double hurricanes were to hit Florida. And now we have these tropical depressions going over us. People complain of feeling yucky right before and after they hit. Its true all you want to do is sleep. I always just thought it was b/c its cloudy and people are using up a lot of energy in preparation for the storm. Now I'm thinking different.
They say that a wave of energy has been placed over America so they can tap in and control our thoughts. The website was also saying that there is this strange hum people are hearing before a catastrophe. They are claiming that its the scaler magnetic waves that some evil doer is placing over us to cause what looks like a natural diaster, but its actually man made. I have experienced a strange sound over the radio in my car, the TV and one time it came out of my computer speaker. It was this sound like, Badee beep, badee beep. And it repeats. Now I don't mean to sound like a nut, but I started thinking what if its some sort of thing was trying to tap into my thoughts? I just rationalized that it must be radar waves and cell phones interfering with the electronics in my car. It was weird.
Now not that California isn't any better, but I was urged by my guides to go there instead. My husband said it was too expensive so we came here. But now its getting to be the new California down here. Anyways i'm trying not to get paranoid, but its just really strange. Well got to go. Lacey

That link to the humm. I have herd a constant frequency when in a quiet room and it makes it becomes quite noticabel sometimes. At first I thought it was playing the drumset but my doctor said "about half of americans hear a frequency in their ear"

Yeah, I was out walking today. We have a lake and a track for walking goes all around it. Whenever I get to the widest part of the lake there is all these power lines across the way and I hear these high pitched sounds. That may be all it is, but it makes you think. Those people think it may the the scaler magnetic rays and claim something bad happens whenever they hear them. They claim they could hear them before Katrina hit. Just something to ponder. Lacey
