There's a list of natural treatments of anxiety on the above links. I take Vitamin C and B, Ginseng, Ginkgo (for cognitive function), Magnesium/Calcium. Lemon Balm also helps.

Can't really afford all these supplements so I might stick to a couple when they run out.

Does anyone know any other natural remedies for Anxiety or Stress?[/list][/b]

For stress & anxiety i'd recommend Colloidal Gold. Its good for the nervous system and does wonders.

Though not cheap it does work. I have been using this along with colloidal silver & copper for about 9 months now.

And I don't have any stress or any anxiety about anything.

Obviously that's my own development along with the help of the colloids.

Be careful with them. They're a little less toxic than lead or mercury, but they damage the body in the same way: denaturing proteins.

Take a paperclip. Try to clip some papers and note it's effectiveness. Now take the same paperclip and twist it into a tangled, mangled mess. Now try to clip papers with it. It's not nearly as effective now. Protein denaturation is a lot like that; proteins are extremely effective in their natural state, but when their shape is compromised, they can range from useless to deadly.

Here's a quick argyria (silver poisoning) video about somebody who used too much colloidal silver. This stuff can't be too good for you.

That said, vitamins C and B are often unnecessary. You need a B12 supplement if you're vegan, and some doctors recommend that women take a multivitamin if they're pregnant. Otherwise, vitamins C and B can be easily obtained from a normal diet. I don't know much about Ginko or Ginseng.

Without going into much details you can do the research for yourself.

She has a damning website but it is nothing to do with Colloidal Silver. She is obviously very bitter about what has happened to her & as a result, she blames all Silver products. "

Of course I don't go crazily overdosing myself with colloidals but even then there are hugely safe amounts of levels you can take daily and still not be at risk of getting the fabled Argyria.

It's all done in moderation and care. Too much of anything is not good for you.

I also see that in the video you mentioned the guy is making his own silver. That itself is a problem because if he did not know what he was doing (as in proper procedure like only distilled water,etc,etc) then he would have sabotaged himself. Especially if he continued to take huge amounts that were not made properly. I prefer to get mines from people who has been researching and making it for years commercially. The colloidal silver creams i've used for many years...and i'm not blue..

Once the silver particles are small enough there is NO risk of Argyria.

There are various concentrations of the colloidals ( i use 10 ppm) ..and this guy seems to have made some hugely immense concentrations of it..which is not a very good thing....and then the size of the particles dispersed in the water was probably huge as well.

The main point is if you buy crap you get crap.

Buy a device to make colloidal silver from ebay and you're putting yourself at risk.

Buy colloidal silver made from an existing company of many years of experience and technological procedures to ensure the highest quality Aryria free colloidal silver can be made and you're better off.

But this stuff is not for everyone..Because its not cheap to upkeep taking it..but for me the benefits are tremendous.

The root cause of the anxiety is in the mind. The anxiety is created by fear-inducing thoughts. Actually this is mainstream medical propaganda. Silver and gold and especially ormus has helped many people. The kinds of silver that most of today's generators make will never turn a person silver. Places like quackwatch are disinfo arms of the pharma industry. They do their best to run smokescreens to things that work well and have people run back to the high priced poisons that they manufacture

As far as silver for anxiety. Possibly if parasites are contributing factor. The best way to reduce anxiety is through balanced living foods diet a (high natural mineralization through plant based foods) and meditation techniques. Try the sedona method for starters.

It has to do with taking silver compounds. Every now and then some dummy fails to follow the guidelines for making CS properly, typically adding salt or baking soda and creating an entirely different compound - silver chloride... which will, apparently, turn you blue.

Colloidal silver properly made is perfectly safe. I've been using it for 15 years.

Furthermore, argyria is reversible. There's a vitamin and mineral regime somewhere online.
