you can probably find a manual for it. If your naturaly gifted in it then it wouldnt be to hard.

I found a class!
i just want to share with others:

silvia ultra mind remote viewing and remote influencing (search this on the net)

and

www. farsight.org has a nonprofit school that teaches remote viewing for free. The sight is amazing!
i urge anyone truly interested in this to check it out. Very Happy

Hi

Try looking up the Monroe Institute, (I think in Virginia). It's founder was Robert Monroe pioneer in OOBE's. They remote view/explore "focus areas" there, not free though Crying or Very sad

Good luck, are you able to do it and just want to develope it? I've tried for years to have an OOBE but have got sooooo close got the pressure and rushing sounds but then get so excited about it I completely crashed back into normality! How frustrating. I find that if I can get concious in dreams them I can exact an OOBE, have to say only done it once though because.... I got so excited about it I woke up!!

I'd probably be rubbish at remote viewing then!! I'd be interested to know how you get on Smile
