A thought

Could Heaven and Hell been ideas manifested by a mass made to believe that there was an after life as a way to cope with death and justify wrong and right
could what some think of religion jsut been a manifestation of a need to explain the unknown and made to be by the power of the mass mind.
i just had this thought and was wondering.

MY OPINION-IE.WHAT I BELIEVE.
That article is irrelevant.From my experience and the knowledge i have gathered from Ascended Masters and other light beings.I have learn't that the idea of hell was just created by the evil forces who control the mass media just to instill fear into us.Your religion doesn't really matter as far as you learn about the God in you and the love you emit.Well,it is such a pity people alter the the true teachings of our spiritual teachers for personal gain and recognition.I recently read a channeled msg from Ascended Masters Jesus Christ and Mohamed explaining the alteration and intervention from the evil.As a suggestion to all these,i suggest everyone pray for guidance and do self study.Everything to do with negative emotions like fear and worries was created by the evil forces to make us forget the love within us.God only wishes good and love for us and respects our free will.Hes not some ANGRY JUDGE in heaven like most of us think who just says 'o you comitted a sin so you are going to hell'.In my opinion,being on the earth plane is not a life test but rather a Big School to learn how to love and realize that we are fragments of God.God doesn't punish us,it is the energy in our thoughts that bounces back to us in relation to the universal law of karma.What you do to others comes back to you.But of-course,the Universe sometimes brings scenarios in our lives to direct us back to our divine path which many people misinterpret as punishments.This planet Earth is one of the toughest schools of the entire Universe which is a good place to learn some quick life lessons.The idea of heaven is word which is used to define a place of utter love with extreme high light quotient .If you are a regular inter-dimensional traveler ,you may realize or perceive the higher realms as heaven.Many of us complain about the difficulties in this plane,In fact, all of us choose to be here, now on these times, and to learn even that some of us are slow learners.
Hell doesn't exist in God's name.The only thing God wills is LOVE.

From what my angel guides tell me, heaven and hell is just a manifestation of humans, death isnt the end but the beginning of traveling through different astral planes, depending on the life we lead depends on what plane were allowed to travel through, where the idea of heaven and hell came from.

heaven and hell exist amongst the living, consider it like lower and higher astral traveling, heaven is a reward of a good life, your soul channels through the world of spirits, angels and gods, the realm of truth and knowledge. Hell is the lower astral planes, and it is not something that tortures your soul.

The soul is a complicated structure, almost like DNA as the angels describe it, each soul has another link to the chain of truth, in order to complete the truth of the universe all souls need to unlock there own truths, and it is easier if your soul gets to travel through the higher astral planes in death then the lower ones. That is what heaven and hell is.

Religion doesnt determine where you will go when you die, religion is just a preference of the truth. Who you are, what you do in life and what you contribute is what deteremines where you go when you die. Taken straight from the source, angels.

Here's another point of view:

Like PF said there is no heaven, there is no hell. There's only (several levels of) the Astral Planes. You leave this body you go up to the Astral Planes after your lessons on earth have been completed, or when the Universe / God / Prime Creator says it's time to come back home.

However, there are some who don't learn their lessons and choose not to. They, if they don't go to the light (to learn their lessons) either
1) Wander earth confused (some not knowing that they are even out of their physical body) as EarthBound Souls and try to cling onto living souls to influence them and 'live through them'

2) Go and sit in BLACK HOLES until they are ready to learn their lessons. Maybe this is a man-made representation of "hell".

"God" is simply all that is. Prime Creator. The Great Spirit. The Creator God.

I believe that if the universe is infinite, then any thing or place thought by a conciousness exists. By that logic, then no religion nor belief is wrong. Therefore, heaven and hell would exist somewhere. And at the same time they wouldn't, for eternity holds everything/nothing at the same time, like a paradox. A little bit confusing for the mind.

@Acrom - That's not cool... Hateful websites abound against every group. The best way to learn about Christianity is from a Christian, not from some cheap website with cheesy graphics. One would come here. So please, do not post hate links against my kind, just as I do not post hateful things about yours.

Do you think its a coincidence we "the human race" measure time in BC and AD?

Were in the last minute of the last hour. All this has been foretold. None of it is a mystery. There really is a Hell and their really is Heaven and God. The war between evil and good is accute now. You could either believe in all your rightousness that "you" know better. Or get with the Truth. You have free will my friend.

There are many valid religions as is the Muslum religion. Mohammad left his writtings at St Catherine at te foot of Mt Sinia. Read his writtings, I think you'll be shocked at what he "REALLY" said.

Its not by chance you are here. Your here for a reason, right at this moment. Open your mind to that. You came looking for something here, or you came to speak a truth. Its one way or the other. Simply put........thats how God works. Its called the Quickening of the Holy Ghost. Its not even a question of if "you'll accept Jesus" in your life. He accepted "you" tha day he died on the Cross.

Whats most important, is that you seriously educate yourself now . The information is out here. You just have to seek it and read it. Its not even a question of "well I don't know", "I'm not sure". Its out here. Just read it. We are here at the end now. The Blessd Mother appeared 4 times in the last 100 years in front of Thousands of people. Do you think she was trying to tell ya something? Not even a question of you believeing it. As sure as you are reading this...it happened.

Kind of reminds me of Sagan, Asimov and Kaku. Some very intelligent humans who have a interesting take on the after life.

Unfortunatly the most intelligent are also the most difficult to heal. Because they live in their intelect, instead of trusting in their feelings and learning the basics of being able to identifly and relate to their feelings. Take a simply X-Ray of yourself and be "HONEST".

Let me "suggest" this..........my Dear Friend, do NOT follow wrong examples, but Right ones. He who habititually does what is Right is a child of God. He who habitually does what is wrong has not seen God.

Which one are you? The choice is yours to make.

Do you really believe you could live a life of Evil and reap a Harvest of Good? Before any of us can walk the steet as a FREE person. WE "MUST" free ourselfs from the Prison of our mind. The Bars created by our own fears, doubts, anger, jealousy, ill will, hatred and distorted, lustful. and sinful thought patterns of all kinds.
