Hi Astro, I know I said you wouldn't hear from me for a while but I urgently need your help. I have been doing the cleansing you suggested, but have been feeling very scatty/negative lately. I have been approached by someone who has said that I need their help to overcome this, basically that I cannot do this by myself and that if I dont my life will be shrouded in negativity... it has freaked me out a bit..and I am sceptical as their are looking a large amount of money to do this....question is will I be ok if I dont ...the thing is I'm not sure if its mine or others(feelings) I am picking up on... please help

First, I don't feel good with this person that you asked about. Anytime
someone wants huge money to help you ....it is usually not their intention
to help you out of anything except your cash. You can do these cleansings yourself ....and is always stronger when you do them
yourself. Take a bay leaf ..and but in your purse or on your person ..
This is very protective ....like a tailsman. Take sea salt ...and put just
a little in each corners of rooms in your home.......Burn a white candle
completely on which you have written the words ....release negativity.
Your life is turning around positively .....do not be taken in by someone
who only wants your money .........

Hi,

I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but you could use the Tower of White Light meditation to ward off these negative energies that are troubling you, just sit and meditate, visualise a field of white light surrounding you and flowing around you in a circular motion, completely impenetrable by negative energies. This should help.

You could also spread Love unconditionally to everything around you, by visualising every cell of your body emitting white light-Love energy to everything around you, use real emotion..and smile. This is very powerful.

Its virtually impossible to feel lower emotions when giving Love unconditonally.

Also, negative energies are lower vibrations and cannot stand the higher vibration of Love, which is the highest frequency of all.

Thanks so much, will definitely try the white light meditation..though I'm not so good with the visualisations, I kno energy follows intention..thanks again...Rach Very Happy
