Hey All,
I'm very much a beginner when it comes to remote ability, or my own ability. I can think Ive controlled energies when I havnt, think the main problem is the meditation side of things and knowing when im deep enough.
The girl I like is having problems mainly with her past which is affected her and getting her down, so I've taken a step back from trying to be with her and just be one of her closest friends.
I wish to remotely influence her, not to love me as may sound, but to convey that she is loved if that makes sense in order to uplift her. As well as heal any mental wounds she may have.
In my own techniques I use different colours for different elements,
White/Gold for Healing
Blue for Trust
Green for Friendship
Red for Love
Silver for Bonding
Black represents bad energies.
Can anyone suggest any methods or tips on meditation to achieve this.

Also can the techniques be developed onto myself as well.
To get rid of my "Heavy Heart", remove past issues and energise myself so that I am attractive, open, approachable and healthy. |

Hmmm..when it starts to get into influencing females i'd say you've barked up the wrong tree.
I'd say to leave her alone and move on. |

All you need to do is keep thoughts of your love towards her in your mind.
She will pick up on this naturally and act accordingly should she wish to do so.
You do not need to remotely influence her to see your friendship or love.
Remote Influencing a person to be your friend is like forcing youself onto them. It's rude and you can meet resistance eventually.
Best advice is to just be yourself. |

I think influence was a bad word for what I intended, I meant more like display if you get me.
Anywho, anyone got tips on healing techniques, I got a lot of junk in my own mind I wanna get rid of, and was wondering if anyone had any good methods. I find it hard to achieve the concentration required, or do not feel any different? |
