Is it possible to rejuvenate by means of the magick?

Especially; How it might eliminate the bags under the eyes and to have a few smooth and young eyelids?

I don't know if this would work for you but this came to mind when I read your post.

Visualize a way to remove the cause of the puffiness. A vaccum cleaner of whatever you feel would work for you. Mentally vacuum out the inside of the bags.

One that's cleared out project white gold energy to the inside.

Then metally brush a tightning substance to tighten the bags.

Project blue soothing energy to the outside of the bags. Then project more whitegold energy to the outside of the bags.

If you get results let me know. This is just a quick idea off the top of my head.
