Hi, my name is Patrick and i have been meditating for about 3 months now and love it. Here is my problem.
While meditating 5 nights ago, i had to avalanche of energy circling around my head. it felt really good and i was very amazed. i was focused on my pineal gland. It felt like the center of my head was a magnet for incoming energy.
I tried to increase the flow around my head and i feel i busted something. the middle right bottom inner of my brain felt a strange sensation. The burning pain shot out on the right bottom side of my pineal gland, like the middles of a clock shooting up to the 1 o'clock,
After that, the meditation stopped and i had a overwhelming sense to shed tears. i have search the web for similar cases and found none. Maybe i need to give it more time but last night i tried to meditate and couldn't balance my brain. Like i said i have been meditating for 3 months now and can definitely feel a void where the pain shot our from that night. its like a block and my right side isn't a 100% now. I am hoping it heals after a month or so but, really scares me cause brain damage. Going keep a positive mind towards it. anyone have any thoughts on this. Peace and Luvs- Patrick McWhinney
