|

hi all
hello everyone
I recently started reading a book: you are psychic by debra lynne katz
it talks about how grounding can help people who spend their heads in the clouds--daydreamers, people that suffer from clutter, it is protection from bad energies and a host of other things.
grounding is supposed to work for yourself as well as the place you live etc.
i was wondering if anyone had any positive experiences with grounding to share?
i am scatterbrain, daydreamer--probably have adult ADD. Don't get me wrong i get things done, but it is a struggle to remain focused on earth. I was just wondering if grounding truly was the cure for all my problems and how that could be possible. any comments will be appreciated.

In my experience, not what anyone has told me, grounding should not be done because when we are spiritualy trying to advance and raise your vibrations you are stopping yourself from reaching the higher levels of conciousness by grounding, its like anchoring yourself down...
Try asking to be closed down and protected and imagine a cloak of protection over you.... do this every morning and let me know your progress.
Kind regards. |
