They don't really come with full detailed instructions.

Just basics.

Your intuition will have to guide you.

The only way is to use them yourself and follow your own intuition.

People who have experience and knowledge about radionics and alternative therapies will have a field day with this.

I have no experience with Windows 7 so I can't really help.

Try to figure out if you can somehow "step down" how the windows runs the file (like open using older version of windows,etc)
