Once I saw a platinum blonde hair deep blue eyes blue dress very white skin girl her attitude, the way she standed and the look and her eyes wasnt human
you have any idea what it might been?

well hate to be cliche but it could be a vampire, depends where it was what time of day. it could be a nymph or nature spirit.

I saw a woman like that once, had a strange feeling about her, like I knew her or something.

It could be an other dimensional entity or an extra terrestrial. Those visitors walk among us, and we would be none the wiser as they look almost identical to us except for their mannerisms.

I always maintain that you can tell a lot from someone through their eyes, they are indeed the window to the soul, and you picked up on that when you saw that girl.

What sort of feeling did you get from her? Many different entities canappear human. A powerful dark entity like a demon will usually exude an aura of forboding, even if it is not itself evil, while dragons
have a certain sense of grace and wisdom about them that is hard to explain, although the darker ones will feel much like a demon.

She could be a ghost, although i doubt it if she didnt feel at all human to you. I guess it all goes down to what feel you got from her.
