Pronunciation - The Concept Of Sound
Archangel Khamael
Words create and thoughts create. There is much power in sound and that is why it is necessary to pronounce these names properly. When using these sounds, be aware of what they are actually bringing to you.
Khamael, pronounced Kah-may-el, means heat at the core, the Divine fire, and relates to the Cosmic Law of I AM. It commands the Seraphim Order of Angels.
The "kha" sound, the kh of Khamael represents the inner fire of God, but is only a shadow of the real thing. To us the Divine Fire is beyond our comprehension and Khamael is only a shadow of the God Fire of the Absolute. The meaning of the kh sound is, the shadow of the real.
The "ah" sound speaks of that shadow of the Divine Fire as it is manifest in spirit. It is the inner force; the inner glow of the Divine Fire.
The "mm" sound is the synthesis of power, of putting many diverse things together. When the "ah" sound then in changed to "a" (long A) as in Khamay el, the inner fire, the inner force, becomes the power of mastery. And then the name is completed with the sound of "el" meaning, the light.
What we have is the Divine Fire, that is only a shadow of the God Fire, then an inner force which brings in synthesis, an inner power which, as it is manifest, becomes mastery, and mastery manifests in light. When you say the word "Kha may ell", you are saying all of these things.
Archangel Gabriel
Gabriel, pronounced Gah bree ell, relates to the Cosmic Law of I WILL and commands the Cherubim Order of Angels. The "G" sound expresses radiation, as in active expulsion. Again, the "ah"sound. That Divine Fire made personal into an inner force. The sound of "b" means extremities, or going to the utmost. The "r" sound represents the director, the organizer, that which ties in to Divine Order. The "e" is the sound of the inner force expressing itself. It is a sound of power. And the final sound "el", the light.
It is important that you do not say ‘Gay bree ell’. The connection will not be as strong and would not have as much power.
When words are expressed with sounds not strung together in the way your thought wants to be expressed, confusion is injected into the communications system. When this happens, the message does not reach the proper destination. |

I enjoyed reading this. Curious, would you post similar info regarding the other major Arch Angels, seven that I know of? (Or did you already post it somewhere else and I missed it?)
For example, I always said, 'Gay Bree el' but the importance of sound makes perfect sense, resonates, and I'd like to say the other names correctly too. Thanks! |
