Is there anyone here who is interested in the science or ritual of mummification/embalming as a possible burial choice after death? Is it something anyone would consider signing up for, as many already have in parts of the US. I would be interested to know. Has there been discussion about mummification before?

Do you think it's even legal in the U.S.? I know we have some funny, but very specific laws, concerning legality of burials. I wonder if you could even search the internet for something like that. You might have to leave the country to have something ritualistic performed, unless it was on the D.L.

Yes, I believe there is a law in the books that doesn't allow Mummification.
