I know in my mind, heart, body, and soul I have psychic abilities. I have had alot of experiences in my life- Seeing visions of my bird dead and coming home to it, knowing what others are thinking, knowing whats going to happen before it does, having precognition dreams, extermley bad OOB experiences, Experimenting around having a friend draw shapes in another room and i channel to see what he drew and dram them on my paper, reading peoples personalities and life history just by looking/thinking/channeling into them (in person and over a game World of warcraft) knowing what things are without having any knowledge about them, moving a bottle cap and a small apple out of my hand and my friends hand by using my focused thoughts, and there are a ton more examples but what I want to know, is what defined psychic abilities do i really have? and how do i enforce them when ever i want to, how do i greaten them for the greater good of God and mankind? Also I have this feeling of like surged energy inside of my that i can always feel. It gives my goosebumps and runs down my arms to hands and my spine. Alot of times it makes me cringe and i can control it and make it run down my spine/arms and hands. I just cant figure out what it is and how to use it. I do have a great feeling about it and its a very strong and potential feeling. Overall i feel its poetential i just cant crack the code on it.

All and all If there is anyone out there that can help me with these issues because i have no one else to talk to about it that would accept it. My ex girlfriend thought i was a pyscho when I told her, now i just want to learn to advance it so i can finally prove to her and others that im not lying and i want to use this for the greater good of God and mankind.

If you want labels for your abilities , you are a telepath and telekinetic . Basically you are using your own internal energy like a relay switch / thermostat to work with your local environment . For example brainwaves are energy , and the brain is a transceiver . Objects may absorb psychic energy , and you are also able to decode them working with energy patterns . Also people's brains work pretty much the same way in storing thoughts as symbols . You are projecting energy to move objects . Can you make a video moving different types of materials various distances ?
