Mechanon is a gorgeous albino hunky "angel" I created. He has whispy white hair green eyes pale skin, and a very nice uh..."package" between his legs.
Obviously I didnt skip over any details.. He also has large white wings. When I feel bad physically I call him and he sits on my bed and if I have a headache, he screws a long tube into the back of my neck and sucks out all the pain and tension. He then spits it out into the universe like so much debris. And he tosses the tube away. he then screws in a new tube and breathes in coloured energy to make me feel better. For every negative he takes out, he always puts something positive in its place. He wont respond to any negative, destructive, or selfish requests. he also gives good backrubs and can heal with his "package". ha ha.
I call on him when I need him and he always responds. Hes quite a powerfull friend. He helps me out, and i give him some of my energy. Not a bad arrangement.

Here's a funny story:something that happened when I lived in my other house... Nothing intentional was done, but it happened.
When cleaning the room, stumbled on a box. We have no idea how the contents of the box put themselves together, but there was one of my trol dolls, on a Bible, and a Satanic Bible underneath the regular one! Smile

LOL and a huge ant colony was living underneath it all!

I haven't created elementals persay but an an artists(writer/visual, etc..) and believe that characters created end up in a dimension, just like any thought or being in imagination.
I don't think it is corny at all for it to be a robot or dog...The inner child/imagination should work wit the heart and what resonates with you.

In my vision, if you create something though, it would be wiser to let the Creator deicde when it dies, as you are using universal eergy to begin with...
This can help avoid slavemaster mentality, which is a pretty huge snag.

Good luck with whatever you do.

Also I read in a book that you can communicate with any character in works of fiction or anywhere...
So consulting Gandalf on magic in your active imagination (jung) could be interesting...

think of it differently, "elemental" as in the four elements represent many things and when used properly work. but all these things are , are thought forms, patterns with energy,energy with patterns, it is up to you wether this thought form is intelligant or simply has a robot function. Ive heard of these things becoming out of control, but that is becouse the the person let this energy grow and become more complex. these can be as simple as me creating a thought form too store the emotional energy anger, so that when needed, this energy can be easily tapped. (=
