Hi. I've been having IBS- diarrhea and chronic gastritis for the past 4 years. I have lost a lot of weight. Went for all kind of tests, but as you know there's no cure for it. I cant even heal my gastritis. I can only eat bland food. Anything you can recommend? My stomach is extremely sensative. |

sometime a gastric condition such as IBS can be anxiety related so i would suggest meditation, relaxation techniques, stimulating your parasympathetic nervous system, unless you have a food intolerance such as wheat etc, then its possible if your life is stressfull, the effect of the sympathetic nervous system will affect your digestive system, when we sleep we heal, if you are suffering from any form of anxiety then healing is necessary, little steps and long term, i have seen many people whose life stresses cause digestive issues such as ibs and migraine, but its not often addressed, its the root cause that needs attention as the effects are a symptom a x |

IBS is best described as a functional disease. The concept of functional disease is particularly useful when discussing diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. |
