I was wondering about pendulums does the pendulum energy just go by how your feeling at the time that you are doing a reading? I have found when I have done pendulum readings that everything is all positive and then the next time you ask it is complete opposite. I stopped using the pendulums a while back but might pick it back up again if I can find them I have missed placed them somewhere.....lol.

I've found the same thing I actually believe that your subconscious tells your muscles to subtly manipulate the pendulum but you don't notice.
I've actually given up on the pendulum as a reliable source of information it became a bit of an obsession at one point.
I'd be interested to hear other people's experiences.

most pendulums attract low level spirits so I advice you do not rely on pemndulums for critical questions about life or the future or does somebody loves you or hates you negative spirits love to mocke humans and play tricks with them especially in these topics rather use the pendulum to measure energy flow from chakras their rotation to check foods if they are good for you or not in these fields spirits are usually not intetrested and the subconscious mind will more likely be the one communicating with you rather then a bad or playing spirit
What also help is to say a prayer to God to protect you before doing any dowsing

I must also add that I too have not found the pendulum to be reliable when it comes to communications. I have personally experienced low level entities "impersonating" spirit guides, angels, and even those we love in spirit. It is, I feel, wise to try using another form of communication. I think, as one comment alluded, that pendulums are okay for very mundane type exercises, but not necessarily for "talking" with angels, spirit guides or loved ones who've passed on. Just my opinion.
