Could the powerful psychics of this forum advice me on how to heal an adult who was the victim of childhood abuse (sexual and otherwise) using psychic abilities / mind powers?

I was told last night by a higher being that I'm supposed to do this for someone I love. I was shocked at what was revealed to me. This person will never admit that this happened to them (but thinking back to their behaviour and reactions to things, I guess it's true). Since I do not meet them at all, this is apparently the only way to help them.

I don't know why I must do this, bcoz altho' we love each other a lot, this person has hurt me more than I've ever been hurt before & I am suffering terribly bcoz of what happened between us. We don't really speak anymore.

I don't understand why I have to do this nor do I understand why this was revealed to me. I haven't been able to heal my own wounds, how can I heal someone elses? Also, wouldn't a higher being be better at doing this healing process as compared to someone who's never done this before? I do not understand this at all.

Hopefully I heard what I heard and I'm not losing my mind.

Anyway, I cannot in good conscience ignore what I was revealed to me, so please advice me on what I must do as soon as possible.

Please let me know.

All of our thoughts and beliefs about the world have been programmed into us by someone else, perhaps many someone else's.

Many of what we 'know' has entered our mind without us being consciously aware of it (ie subliminally)

To give you an example of how this works, consider the following scenario.

You're at work and someone you know should be there isn't.

This happens day after day until one of those days it "clicks" that you haven't seen so-and-so in ages.

That's pretty much how subliminals work.

There is no way to 'delete' thoughts, but you can replace them.

One of the best ways is with subliminal messaging.

Reiki is a good example of the sort of Healing I was talking about.

There's also subconscious communication (Telepathy).

There's also dream programming, which is very powerful.

However, it's only possible to program your own dreams ... so they say ...

It's possible to combine subconscious communication with dream programming.

In this way it's possible to have other people dream about the things you'd like them to dream about.

Keep the Telepathic commands as simple as possible.

I can give you somewhere to start (I'm an experienced energy healer)...

Get yourself into a relaxed state (listening to a 5-10mins of a guided meditation will do it if you don't know how).

Then ask your higher self to help you communicate with the friend (or their higher self). Ask the friend (in your mind/imagination) for permission to help them heal from this. You will get an answer. Either a clear knowing of yes/no, or more subtle. The more you practice, the clearer it becomes. The key is to trust what comes to you. If you get an answer immediately, or before you finish asking -then you know the answer is coming from a place other than your thinking mind - so pay attention to the impressions or words that come very quickly - or before you finish asking.

Now healing can come in many forms... you don't have to be trained. Once you get a yes.... then ask them if they'd like to talk about it (in your mind still). Conversation can be the healing.... and if you are a natural healer, but don't know it, you may get ideas come to you about what to do to help.

Anyway, see how you go, I'm sure you will learn a lot by trying this out, and hopefully it will help you "know" what to do next.

the thing is how will I 'know' that this is really happening .. and it's not just all in my head?

Is there are way to know for sure?
