seriously, the best thing you can do is meditate. once you get into the habit of being able to let go of expectations and nagging thoughts, theta shouldn't be too difficult or complex to achieve. of course it varies from person to person. |

The easiest and best way I found is through visualization or meditation:
Sit in a quiet spot and visualise yourself going into the earth. Then move back up your body, opening your chakras as you go. Once at your crown chakra you can imagine you are stepping into a ball of light. Imagine this ball of light going upwards through all atmospheres. You will go through stages of light and dark as you move through the different planes (or waves in the brain). You will come to a place the is sticky and in theta healing it known as the laws.Move through this and once through you will be in a place of warm energy - theta.
When you feel you are ready to return imagine coming down. When you reach your body go down through the chakras, closing them as you go and go into the earth to re-ground yourself then back up into your body. Visualise a shower of light, to cleanse and open your eyes.
Those steps are actually the steps taught to learn how to do theta healing as well, but I found its a good place to meditate. |
