hi guys
where to imagine psi energy.......in abdomen or in sternum.......?
i read in psipog that imagine it in sternum but from the same site i downloaded a ebook and it said to imagine at abdomen
i am confused........ |

Ha, lol, I will add to that, I would concentrate the psi energy in the main Dantien, the centre of gravity, justy above..., well just below our navels but a bit further down lol 
try each place and see which works best for you |

each place represents different energy and chakra
how can i visualize psi wherever i want..........?..there should be a certain place |

Well from what I know is that most of the main chakras are located at a location where there is a high concentration of nerves. This means that there's a high amount of energy activity. As mentioned any chakra should work. I've learnt to generate psi from around you and draw it in with controlled breathing through your mouth or nose and to your solar plexus.
I think to get a better answer let us know what you want to use it for. |

| i find it easiest to connect the solar plexus to the sun to draw energy in and just to draw from my solar plexus, but also grounding and using energy from the navel chakra/ or dantien has similar results. I prefer solar plexus however, the sun's energy feels so warm and bright. |

| i know that Strength mentioned this, but try each one. Find what works best for you. Everyone has their strengths/weaknesses along with personal preferences based upon experience. Experiment with each one, don't be afraid to mix it up a bit. There's no written law that says one must draw "psi" from their navel chakra or any other one for that matter. However, as a sort of rule of thumb, when working with large amounts of energy use your lower chakras. i.e. none above your solar plexus. Just to prevent potentially exerting higher chakra centers in the case that they aren't developed enough to handle the energetic load. |
