| OK, well, i've sort of noticed that i think about things and later they come true. I got scared today though. The other day I was thinking about visting a hospital, and right now, I'm fixing to leave the house, to go visit a friend's brother who is in the hospital. What is this? Is it precog, or am I causing it to happen by thinking about it? |

happens to me sometimes, intuition possibly? Just a different perspective. |

| something like this happened to a friend of mine... only thing is he knew he was making it happen. He'd lie to get out of work and say his mother had to have surgery... it would happen. He'd end up spending that day in the hospital instead of doing what he wanted to do. It also happen several other times before he realized what was happening. |

| god, and now something else happened. I was at a high school football game, and i saw a cop, and was thinking, haha stupid me, about how funny it would be to pretend to grab his gun, just to see what he'd do. Later on, a gun gets pulled on my friend.... does that sound like coinsidence to you? |

your hyping it up to much, a lot of people go through it. Just calm down a bit and just stay aware. |

perhaps just coincidence. But I don`t believe in coincidences. Yes, you may have precognitions. Perhaps (as I said earlier in one of my posts) you are creating a reality.
You may be putting certain amount of energy to a thought, or you are visualizing it in a really detailed way, so your mind reacts and makes your thoughts true. This is very common. |

Check out the manifestation forums. It sounds like you are manifesting your reality. Maybe it some sort of accelerated awakening. (Those do happen from time to time, especially in the times we live in.)
Try imagining yourself winning the lottery, and if it occurs let us know.

It sounds like you do have precog and/or reality adjustment(not sure what to call it), and it sounds like you're freaked out and would like help?
What it seems to me that you need is mental control; the ability to control what your own mind does, which is is not as easy as it sounds.
Personally, the best way i've found to keep from thinking something is to concentrate very hard on something else.
This is called visuallization, and it is the first thing you're taught in most occult practices. I recomend that you find(or make up) a few visiualization and/or meditatuion exercizes and practice them at least once a day. You can find such exercizes on many websites, and in just about any book on witchcraft. Here's one to use untli you find something you like better:
1. Relax.
Get into a comfortable position which you can stay in without thinking about it.
Concentrate on each body part, from your feet to your head, and first tense, then relax it.
As your body relaxes, imagine, will and know that your mind and heart are relaxing as well, clearing out all fear, anger and all other negative emotions.
2. Clear your mind.
Empty your mind off all thoughts, images, ideas and distractions.
(If you can't manage this right away, and you probably won't, don't panic, it will come with time. In the meantime, just give it a goood solid try for a couple of minutes.)
3.Focus.
Pick one of the following to focus on:
Colors
red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, white, etc.
Shapes
circle, square, triangle, star, etc.
Tastes
sweet, sour, bitter, salty, etc.
Touch sensations
warm, cold, tingly, fuzzy, ect.
Imagine, and sense, your chosen image(for lack of a better word) and keep focusing until you can hold the image at the front of your mind for about a minute.
4.Wake up.
Focus on feeling your body around you. Open your eyes. Go get something to eat an/or drink. Go back to your day(or night).
Do this excersize one to five times a day until you are regularly successful at it. After that, do this tipe of exercize once a day to once a week to stay "in condition".
