I have a cross I wear now, and I would like to know, if anyone knows any techniques to imbue the pendant with energy to protect me from astral forms. I have been attacked psychically before, and would like to be able to have constant protection without thinking about it.

Any ideas?

tigers eye and Pyrite pendants help with that alot... if not tie a shield to the cross and add in a well of energy for it to run off of.

I would use the same technique on a pendant as I'd use to program a crystal:

- Use the technique of your choice to get grounded and centered and focused on the task at hand
- Form the intention clearly in your mind about exactly what energy or intention you want to imbue the pendant with
-Turn the pendant to face you, and using your breath as a carrier for your intention, blow your intention "through" the pendant from its front to its back. Turn it 90 degrees so its side faces you, and blow your intention "through" the pendant from its left to its right (or vice versa). Turn it again so the top is facing you and blow your intention "through" it top to bottom.

The end result will be that the pendant will be filled with the energy or intention you programmed into it/imbued it with.

Incidentally, that's also a technique that is used to CLEAR a crystal. I use the breath technique instead of smudging with incense, because I have an awful allergy to smoke. But instead of using breath to fill up the crystal with an intention, the breath would be used to clear away unwanted energies.

I've been known to use a wand to kind of "laser" the energy of my choice into the item of my choice, as well. In my case, this consists of either a thumb-sized quartz crystal point, or one of several wands I've made with quartz points and/or spheres and glass rods that I've wire-wrapped together. You can get quite a tightly-focused and potent beam going that way. But if you haven't got a wand on hand, and you're in need of directing energy from point A to point B, breath is a good carrier for energy and intention.
