Hello,
Given what I am seeing and the indications I am getting from my cards, I would highly recommend calling the bank, cancelling the card, getting a replacement card. You do not want to run the risk of it being stollen or dropped some place where it could have been picked up by someone who is looking to take the card on a shopping spree. Especially if there is any remote chance the card was dropped or lost in a store or public place.
If you have looked in all your purses, wallets, in car, on night stand, and called up every place you shopped last week or so, and nothing has come up, I would seriously count this card as a loss and get in touch with the bank and let them know before bigger problems arise and get that replacement card as soon as you can.
