hi folks, i just wanted to discuss something and see what anyone makes of it, not sure if its right thread or not as just new.
last night i had a bit of a bad time,absorbed to much negative energy from people, specifically from one page on my fb which was a psychic persons page who was always shouting and ranging at people, not me specificaly but asorbed the negativity of it, was shaking and wanted to cry. still practicing on the whole prtecting yourselfthing...
then when i went to bed, during almost waking hours while i was still asleep,i had a viid dream, i think i was laying down somewhere and almost felt like i had een tamperd with without actualy seeing anyone, then i remeber seeing knots(i think on my head) and they were veing ccut or i was cutting them. then it looked/felt like i was being wrapped in a bid duvet cover(tightly) and as this was happening i then felt like my right shoulder was being zapped by a laser beam or something like that, as this was happening i became very consious and pulled myself awake, while i pulled myself awake my body was shaken from the zapping and i gave a gasp of breath almost like when u r dead then come back tolife again. anyone have any ideas what this means?

I have very vivid dreams when i listen to negative discordant music or absorb negativity from people in general.

What i think was happening to you was that your soul or spiritual healers were cutting the cords of negativity from my your body.

Deep sleep is when the self healing begins to occur especially healing itself the from negative energy it had absorbed during the day.

There are different stages in sleep, and during these different stages, different things go own, like Sorcerer mentioned... Because of this, we have different types of dreams... There are many possible interpretations of what your dreams mean, depending on who interprets. For example, if an apple to me holds negative memories, then dreaming of an apple may hold a different sybolic meaning than the dream of someone else who loves apples. When interpreting for someone other than myself, intuitively what works best for me is through feeling. The first thing that came to me when I read your post was a sensation that your experiences that day, and your dream that night were related, perhaps reflections of one another.

It is beneficial for us all to be aware and acknowledge when we are allowing in negative energies. It is important to not react, and to remember our power within, being love. Sometimes some negative energies can be so sudden, intense, angry, and stabbing that it is really healthy to be prepared for the unknown energies that you may experience each day. By "maintaining your shield" so to speak, you tap into your inner light/love power regularly, making it a habit, so that you become it... this can take time, so by first starting with awareness of your power, and then reminding yourself of it anytime you do not feel it, this will not only maintain it but will also build its strength. Love is the most powerful healing tool we have access to... and its free Smile

We all have the ability to be psychic. (Definition of psychic: "Sensitive to influences or forces of a nonphysical or supernatural nature.") The force of our intention paves our path. When we use our psychic abilities in unison with the love in our heart, that is what makes a progressively effective psychic...especially when the intention is to assist in the healing of humanity. There is no need to hold onto any anger with those whose energy we do not enjoy. I think it was Abraham Lincoln who said something like "I destroy my enemies by making them my friends." The individuals who released these negative energies, they too have love within, but perhaps are choosing a false source/sense of power temporarily. We are all on our own unique evolutionary path, with the same destination to unconditional love, and so our unique existence constantly gifts us experiences, all holding the opportunity to be and share the greatest gift, being love.

hi folks
well yes i kinda thought mysel it must have been linked. at the time o the bad energy i wanted to send the lady a message about how the way she comes across on her page effects others. i also wanted to say that what gets her angry with people is a relection o hersel and her own impatience and to come across to people with a more loving and understanding stance instead o a negative and angry one and hope that she wouldnt get angry with me telling her that as i just want to help. however i felt that maybe i shouldnt incase she got even angrier and i couldnt handle that, so i just let it.
i felt the dream i had was related because o the cover wrapping round me like it was for protection, like my angels were helping me cuz i m not so good at it myself. however what i didnt understand was th whole zapping on my shoulder as i actualy elt it propelry when i awoke and the gasp o breath like i had no air and just took my irst breath.
