I've recently learnt that if your desire is too strong or even slightly strong your intent will not manifest or even back fire. This is because if your desire is too strong and urgent your rational mind is constantly interfering with the process of manifestation. This is why after casting spells most of the time part of the ritual is to get rid something like burn the parchment etc, this is really to signal to the rational mind that the spell is complete and cast out thought and to release the energy.
Somebody might have some other advice...if you stop worrying just distress, think about all the things around you that you take for granted. think and look at the big blue sky, everyday it protects you and blesses you with it's beauty. See the dark clouds filled with rain think of the all the fresh water to fill up the dams and provide nutrition. Think about the bed you lay down on at night, cosy and warm. And say thank and bask in gratitude for all the good things you have around you. You might be pretty surprised what starts to happen after a week or even few days. You're exactly right, Messenger11 
OP, get your conscious mind out of the way. The easiest way to do this is Faith. It doesn't matter if it be Faith in God, another Deity, or in the power of your own subconscious mind - hand your desire over. Whenever your desire pops into your conscious mind, hand it straight back (signalling Faith).
Use your discretion, if the desire pops up with a load of fear surrounding it, hand it over. If it pops up with some inspired and joyful action you can take, take the action THEN hand the desire over for further processing. |
