"Know thyself"
Probably one of the best known assertions floating around. But what exactly does it mean?
It seems mostly to be a forlorn platitude, to the uninitiated. To a few, though, "Know thyself" opens the doors to unlimited possibilities, behind which you'll find your drems, or worst nightmares, fulfilled. It's your choice.
From the manifestation standpoint, "Know thyself" is pointing out the need for some serious subconscious reprogramming before embarking on the Spiritual journey. Without this mental housecleaning, any progress made will be sporadic and minimal.
To know thyself takes wisdom, courage, and faith. The Spiritual journey is one worth taking. A lifetime of oppurtunities awaits those few that are brave enough to "Know thyself". |
