Higher-up demons seldom personally respond to such things unless an appropriate situation or threat requires it. It's kinda like calling up a company, they usually have someone to answer and have a chain under them who would show, assuming it worked. You'd most likely get a local lieutenant or below based on the nature and abilities of the practioner.

Demons can be useful for a number of things beyond the wordly ends some seek them for, such as gathering certain information and a very effective spiritual cleansing.

I don't know who initially posted it..but it was posted a while back...in 2007 I see.
In any event you would be better off not making any assumptions or demands to things that are shared on this site.
If you have seen it on other sites..then good for you..
Whoever shared it the intent was sharing..so you shouldn't have a problem with that...
Of course the rightful creator should be acknowledged...but if you personally know who the rightful creator then by all means spill the beans.
Otherwise..enjoy the forum and don't be pushy with anyone here at all..
Else you won't last long..and you can enjoy many other forums on the net..except this one 
In reality there is no comparison to this site...
